EXPECTATIONS FOR 2010

Looking back into the last 20 years, the tectonic data records that the earth is just seems increasingly worrying. Not to mean want to scare ... but since 1990 there have been always devastating earthquake in every single year who turned out a lot of casualties. According to USGS data, large earthquakes have never absent since 1990 - 2009 ago. 20 big earthquakes destructed at least 20 places on earth that 5 of them occurred in Indonesia

This fact certainly makes us heartrending as Indonesian. Apart from blessed nature with abundant natural resources, potential tectonical incident such as earthquake threat is very high in this archipelago. The bad news is that the frequency of big earthquake occurrence is more frequent in recent years.

Hopefully in this new year of 2010 earthquakes with casualties does not happen again. As a natural consequence, of course, the earthquake may happen, but we also hope that it will not to make a lot of losses. The good news is that according to the geology science, the more frequent an earthquake happens the higher energy will be released, as a result the big earthquake will less occure.
